  • Condition: Very good overall condition for antique mixing bowl. Has one bump of stoneware, covered with original glaze at inside bottom of bowl, suggesting it was born that way. Has a line or crease inside bowl on one side. It doesn't appear to be a crack, does not go all the way through the bowl. There is crazing due to age but it isn't large and distracting. Nick in stoneware on bottom outer base is smooth to touch and does not show when displayed or alter the beauty of the bowl. The bowl is completely smooth to the touch and usable in a kitchen or lovely for display. See photos and description.

    Description

    My photos do not do justice to this beautiful yellow ware antique stoneware mixing bowl. It is a rich butterscotch color and the stripes are a deep reddish brown and cream colored. They are evenly painted all round. It is medium in size, holding 2 quarts or 2000 milliliters. It is in fine shape to be used regularly in a kitchen or will make a stunning display as part of a country, farmhouse, rustic decor.
    It is very heavy, 3 pounds, and will require double boxing and plenty of packing material, of which I use new, high quality materials. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
